How do the ‘Ensuite’ Showrooms compare to other retailers that sell plumbing products?
The Ensuite Bath & Kitchen Showrooms are a division of EMCO Corporation and we are professionals in the plumbing industry. We have been in business for over 100 years and are part of one of the largest independent plumbing wholesalers in the world. Unlike other retailers and wholesalers, we handle only quality brands that live up to our exquisite standards. Our sales consultants work with each client one on one to specify the plumbing fixtures and accessories for their job. Whether the job is large, or small...we will assist it all.
I'm only shopping for a toilet, not a whole house full of plumbing fixtures...is that ok?
Of course!! Every job, even one toilet, is important to us. However, just like specifying a complete house, it may take a little time to find the right product for you and your home. Come in and browse during showroom hours. You will be glad you did!! You may have no idea how many options are available.
How does it work if I already have a plumber, or contractor?
Plumbing contractors have a lot of experience in working with the Ensuite showrooms and EMCO. Give your plumber a call before you make your appointment. They may offer valuable suggestions, or even recommend a particular consultant to work with that knows their projects exceptionally well.
Can I buy directly from the showroom?
Yes. EMCO keeps a wide variety of standard plumbing products in stock. Many of the products you see in the showroom will have to be ordered directly from the manufacturer. The lead-time for these products will vary, some longer than others. So be sure to keep this in mind when you're looking to buy any type of material. Give yourself, and your plumber enough time to get the job done right..
Do you sell shower doors?
Yes, we have a variety of shower doors to select from. Drop in with your measurement requirements and see the styles in the showroom.
Can I purchase parts to repair a leaky faucet or toilet at your showroom?
Not at the showrooms, however you can purchase your parts at EMCO’s parts counter. Every showroom has a plumbing counter.
What can I do to save myself time and money during this process?
If your project requires one on one time with a consultant for a length of time, then make an appointment at the showroom in your location prior to coming in. This ensures you will have undivided attention and service. You don't need to have a clear idea of what you're looking for, as we're sure that once you browse the showroom you will find many new products that will change your mind. However, do consider colors, finishes, and space limitations.
Do the Ensuite Showrooms or EMCO offer installation services?
No. Installation of plumbing fixtures especially luxury products, is best left to licensed and experienced plumber or contractor.
Does EMCO & the Ensuite Showrooms warranty everything it sells?
Yes, we stand 100% behind every manufacturer's warranty we represent. Our personnel go out of their way to make any situation that requires warranty service as painless as possible for the homeowner. We use our relationship with manufacturers and contractors to remedy any problem quickly and smoothly. Warranties vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. Our staff will aid in the process of determining your specific warranty.
Do the Ensuite Showrooms offer products other than plumbing fixtures?
Yes. We display a complete line of bathroom furniture, medicine cabinets, and mirrors, along with water purification systems, bathroom accessories, complimentary lighting to the faucets and built in vacuums. Products do not stop here...see our product lines on this website for additional item. We do not sell appliances, kitchens or any flooring material.
Do the Ensuite showrooms offer design services?
No, however, the showroom consultants are experts at helping customers select products that compliment their design. Bring in your plans along with your color choices and they will be more than happy to assist you in coordinating your plumbing choices into your design.
Will I always find my product selections in stock?
Not always, although we have extensive inventory nationwide, the nature of luxury products often requires us to special order items. In these cases, requirements will include payment of a deposit. This is to ensure that products will not be left unclaimed, and unpaid for.
I can't make it during normal business hours, what other options do I have?
You are welcome to come in and browse the Showroom at your location any time during normal business hours to get a good idea of what is available. Many of the Showroom locations are open on Thursday evening and Saturdays for your convenience. If undivided attention is required for your project then call the showroom and book an appointment. This way you are guaranteed the attention you require.
